On behalf of yourself, you agree to allow Powerful Women Rising, LLC, its successor and assigns (collectively, “Company”) to use the name, likeness, photographic image, video, voice, audio recordings (“Media”) of you taken while participating in Company’s podcast interview and discussion (“Activities”) for the purpose of Company business, including airing and re-airing of the Podcast, promotions or other related marketing materials, including, but not limited to, publication on its website, social media, advertising or other materials, without compensation or remuneration, and hereby grant an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license for all purposes to any such Media. You agree that Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner and author of any copyrightable works created in or derived from such Media. You authorize Company to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any Media for any lawful purpose, and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which the Media appears.  You agree to waive, release and hold Company harmless from any liability, claims or damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising from or in connection with participation in the Activities or Company’s use of the Media for any purpose. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the foregoing and know the nature of the activities of Company and you agree to all the terms of this agreement.
